Of course we recommend coming to Blue Sage Spa for a relaxing and invigorating massage or facial. We have a complete menu of services and products that will delight.
Breckenridge Ski Resort is one of the best ski areas in North America with slopes for every ability. The area is comprised of Peaks 10, 9, 8, 7 and 6. Ski school is available on Peaks 8 and 9. If you are a beginner, be sure to go to Peak 9 as they have long runs that are very easy. If you like the thrill of extreme skiing, head over to Peak 8 and ski the Horseshoe Bowl or Peak 7. Equipment rentals can be had right on the slopes, so everything is truly accessible.
If you are looking for nature and parks, check out Carter Park or the Sawmill Reservoir. For landmarks, visit Hoosier Pass where they have hiking for every level. If you are feeling particularly energetic hike the Mohawk Lake Trail. Just south on Highway 9, you’ll see signage that will direct you (right side of the highway). You’ll see wildlife, rushing waterfalls and vistas that will truly take your breath away.
Try Nordic skiing at the Breckenridge Nordic Center. Strap on the skinny skis and get some of the best exercise ever at 10,000 ft above sea level!
Try the Alpine Coaster located on Peak 8 in Breckenridge. Ride down the mountain on 2,500 feet of coaster track on the Gold Runner Alpine Coaster at Breckenridge. Ride alone or with a friend on our 2-seater coaster cars, and control your own speed through the turns, dips and twists around and above the ski runs and through the forest. For those that want to be on the mountain but are not ready to ski or snowboard, this is for you!
